Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before signing this estimate contract. These Terms and Conditions apply to any work performed and/or materials supplied by Jupiter Landscaping Corporation (“Contractor”) and are integrated into the estimate/invoice provided to you (“Customer”) and will conduct unless expressly modified or excluded in writing by both parties. Customer signing this estimate forms a binding contract between both parties.
Customer is responsible to pay full amount of the estimate contract including taxes, credit card fees and/or other fees that may apply at the end of contract. 50% of deposit is required by the Customer once the estimate is approved by Customer (company/homeowner/third-party person/business). Once deposit is received, a job date is then scheduled, emailed, and specified to Customer. Upon job completion, payment in full is due and/or remaining balance of estimate contract which excludes and/or additional labor that Customer verbally/by email/text/call requested to add to estimate contract. Estimate will be updated each time Customer requests for additional labor/tasks/projects to be done in their property and will be given to Customer once entire work is completed. Job dates are scheduled upon availability of Jupiter Landscaping Corporation calendar. Payments are accepted by cash, check to Jupiter Landscaping, via Zelle to email@example.com, or credit card with a transaction fee of 2.5%.
Customer fully understands that he/she and Jupiter Landscaping agree on a job date, but we are not held responsible for weather/ground conditions, supplies such as travertine, plants, pavers, or synthetic turf production impeding us to complete the job date. Pavers can take up to 12-16 weeks of waiting time for them to be manufactured and delivered to business/customers’ home. Once your deposit and contract are signed there is no turning back and customer/business will have to wait till job can be completed. Unforeseen obstacles such as irrigation, roots, drainage are beyond our control and may delay completion date. Jupiter Landscaping will always keep Customer informed when dates are updated or changed.
What is synthetic turf, putting green, artificial greenery, pavers, travertine have no way to specify the exact results of colors, sizing, results that may not satisfy customer. Due to color variability in computer or even with the best printing technology, the color or results may not be the same, therefore we cannot guarantee accuracy and not held liable if color or outlook of product matches’ display. However, samples will be provided to verify color, texture and the best decision customer can make to give their home the best scenery.
Synthetic turf material/Putting green material is a 10-year warranty, excludes labor, seams, and edge only. Artificial greenery has a warranty of 5 years. Labor warranty provided for 3 months. Plants/shrubs that Jupiter Landscaping will plant underground have a 3-month warranty that should show no physical damage to the plant/shrubs. Trees do not carry any warranty due to their high quality and special care that they are given before and after plantation has occurred. We do not warranty damaged products because we verify before installing that product is in perfect shape, therefore, Contractor is not liable for any damage caused after we have left job site completion. Products such as pavers/travertine/plastic edging border/weed barrier cloth etc. are not covered under warranty. Under no circumstances shall Contractor be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. Worst-case scenario cases will depend on Contractor’s decision but not liable to.
Customer is responsible to notify us about drainage, sewer pipes, etc. below ground. Jupiter Landscaping Corporation is not held responsible for any pipes below ground but will fix and add additional costs to estimate if needed.
DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEE. Although contractor/supervisor may offer an opinion and give you the best advice on the outlook of your home about possible results regarding the subject matter on your estimate contract signed. Contractor/supervisor cannot guarantee any particular result and/or anticipate every circumstance that may arise in the matter but will try to best fit your needs. Customer acknowledges that Contractor/supervisor makes no promises about the outcome of your landscape design or landscape work done to your home and any opinion offered by Jupiter Landscaping in the future will not constitute a guarantee. We show customers/businesses samples and an overlook before jobs or tasks are completed, but if customer/business is not happy with results, then we will put in the additional labor to satisfy customer. There will be an additional charge for us to perfect the work apart from your signed contract and will be notified and if agrees then job will be redone.
Right to Refuse Service. Jupiter Landscaping corporation may refuse service before or after job has been completed to any customer or company that has threatened, intentionally harm, any person/business who is objectionable or undesirable to labor workers, and/or contractor. Refusal will not be based on race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, marital status, or physically handicapped. Our business has the sole discretion to determine when a customer is being inappropriate to our business or workers and have the right to refuse service.
NO REFUND POLICY. All sales are final. Why we do not accept refunds, because our labor workers put so much effort to do the job and we require for them to always learn new ways in improving their quality work. We do not receive a refund or returns or exchanges from our wholesale providers either. All sales are finals no exceptions.
Customers are our priority! Jupiter Landscaping gives aimlessly exceeding labor quality. Jupiter Landscaping Corporation expects and requires high-quality products to be installed for each Customer’s home.
